WHAT WE DO?

Our main responsibility of our event specialist is to stay focused and organized so that the event goes off without a hitch, by coordinating and monitoring event timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. We will also manage RSVP lists, be on site to monitor all activities, ensure staff is on task and make sure attendees of the event are satisfied with their experience. Our job is also to solve any unforeseen issues that may arrive, the day of the event. In addition, since our business relies on referral business we may even conduct a satisfaction follow-up with clients to review their event.
